RETURNS AND REFUNDS

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
• Contact us immediately at support@beetrendyshop.com
• Provide clear photos of the issue
• We will issue a full refund without requiring you to return the item
• No return shipping needed - we value your time and money

This policy applies to genuinely defective or damaged products. We reserve the right to verify the issue before processing the refund.

Change of Mind Returns
If you changed your mind about your purchase:
• Contact us at support@beetrendyshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging
• You will need the receipt or proof of purchase
• We will provide return instructions and address based on your location
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• For international returns outside Europe, we may offer a partial refund option to save you expensive international shipping costs

Please note: International return shipping costs can be significant. We recommend contacting us first to discuss the best solution for your situation. Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable for international returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Personal care products (beauty items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift certificates

European Union - 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return (if applicable) and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes paid on your original order are non-refundable.
